Those notes reminded me why I started writing here in the first place. So, consider this the official, pinky-swear return of the newsletter.

✈️ A month living (and working) in London

Swapped Lagos sun for London drizzle, survived on my favorite chai from Nagare Coffee, and worked from my high-rise hotel into many an activity-packed evening. Worth it for the different environment but veeeerrryyy pricey.

🌍 My first international conference

I went back to London, this time for SXSW London, which held its first edition in June. I was right there in the room, madly scribbling notes on AI ethics, creator monetization, and absorbing philosophy from Deepak Chopra. I made many new connections, each of which I cherish dearly.

🤝 Brand-partnership glow-up

I collaborated on LinkedIn content with Teachable (helping creators turn knowledge into income) and Claude (for their Google Workspace integration). Expect case studies, behind-the-scenes numbers, and lessons on keeping your voice while working with big brands. I’ve also increased my pricing — just call me Tami Contentbucks 💰️ 

🚀 Promotion unlocked

New title: I’m now Senior Content Writer at Buffer. Same coffee habit; fancier Slack emoji.

🪩 Beyoncé in concert

Yes, I screamed “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” until my vocal cords gave out. Zero regrets.

📈 17.5k LinkedIn followers & a viral post

My promotion + Beyonce + SXSW London update exploded. Proof that vulnerability + strategy still beats algorithm hacks.

What you can expect (for real this time)

  • I’m back to posting once a week here. The content might evolve a bit though — I think we’re due for a change

  • I’ll be sharing partnership collab breakdowns, my new content systems and life updates

  • I’m keeping my eye out for jobs (of course) — stay tuned for those.
